Chrystal was absolutely fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way. And if you have ever was looking to buy a house and worked with realtors you know how difficult it is most of the time to find someone who will respond to you quickly and be available to you on a moments notice. Its actually very rare. Chrystal is that realtor. She would respond within minutes. If I wanted to look at a house she was on the phone calling the realtor right away to set up an appointment. If we had to wait a day to see it it was because of the other side's schedule, not Chrystal's. And in this market that is a MUST. A nice home, priced right, isn't on the market but just a couple of days, hours even. So to have someone that can drop everything to help you out is a Godsend. I just can't say enough about Chrystal. I never felt nervous or anxious through out the buying process because she kept me informed all the way. She was always there with answers to my questions and when there was a little hiccup with the one mortgage company I was going with (due to covid) she already had another plan before I even knew of the hiccup. Now that's professionalism!
There is only positive to say about Chrystal she is an amazing realtor! We relocated from California to Arizona and she made it so easy to find our dream home. If we couldn't be there to look at a home she would take a video and go out of her way to make sure we got all the information we needed.
